Dearest Heavenly Father, As I pray, the rescue is on its way for the miners in Chile. Please Lord keep the rescuers safe and give them the wisdom to know how to approach the efforts to remove these men from danger. May the families of the victims keep faith in knowing that you are the almighty God and all is in your control. We give thanks to you for all the blessings which you have bestowed on these miners and their families during this time of need.

In the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Dear Lord, Ever since I was a little girl, I watched my father grade papers, and get ready for the new school year. He always kept the most beautiful prayer about teachers above his desk. The prayer mentioned how important it is to teach students how to live life on earth, not just words & mathematical facts, but how to do good, make healthy decisions and to think for themselves. Lord, give me the wisdom, compassion and patience to teach children how to cope with day-to-day life and to have confidence in themselves and always to believe in their self worth. Each student is unique and has something special to offer the world. Thank you God for allowing me the opportunity to spend time with Your precious children. Thank you for allowing me to spend my days sharing music with kids. In Your precious name I pray. Amen
In the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Dear Lord, Everyday as I watch my children grow, I wonder if we make the right decisions in guiding them along their path of life. Help us Lord to have the wisdom and fortitude to know what to say, and how to say it. May we know when to be strong, and when to be gentle. When to have a steady and firm hand and when to laugh! May the Holy Spirit be with them always and be their strength in time of question. I love you Lord. Thank you for allowing my husband and I to be earthly parents to Your children, Paul and Patrick. They are a blessing in our lives, and we are proud to call them our own. In Your precious name I pray. Amen
In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Dear Lord, Everyday of my life, I make mistakes and everyday Lord, I want to be better. Thank you for your forgiveness and unconditional love for me. Whenever I pull away from you, I will turn and come back to you. I will follow you always. I will recreate myself into the image you want me to be. You alone are my desire, may the Holy Spirit guide me, and turn to You. In Your precious name I pray. Amen
In the name of the Father, and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Dear Jesus, today I feel that justice is not being done in our country, and this is of grave concern to me. After 9/11, many people were shaken by the fact that we in America were no longer safe. I know that you believe in justice, and protection of human dignity, and I am very worried that justice will not be served for the people involved in 9/11. Please Lord, give me the grace to understand that you are the ultimate judge and jury and that you will make right all the wrongs that have been done by people in high political positions. I pray that these politicians will make decisions that follow Your will and not there own. May they pray for all things that You desire and may the focus always be on you. In Your precious name I pray. Amen
In the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Dear Lord, I would like to focus my prayer on some friends who are in need. Please give Scott strength to learn from a difficult day. May he find blessings through the struggles he faced today. My friend Kelly’s father was in the hospital today. May he be restored in health and feeling better soon. For my friends Heidi, Dave, Paul and my husband who are tiredlessly working on a project that will help not only ourselves but many other people. Please help my brothers friend who is suffering from a reoccurrence of cancer. Lord, thank you for the blessing of family and friends. May we always take comfort in doing Your will.
